  • Week 1: Onboarding, brand asset collection, and GorillaAudit® Creative Blueprint development.

  • Weeks 2 to 3: Creative planning, creator sourcing, storyboard approval, and pre-production.

  • Weeks 3 to 5: Content production and filming.

  • Weeks 5 to 6: Post-production, review cycles, and final delivery.

For a standard project, you can expect your complete content library within approximately six weeks of onboarding. Enterprise clients with priority production scheduling may receive deliverables sooner. Your Project Manager will provide a detailed timeline during onboarding, tailored to your specific requirements and deadlines.

  1. First review: Once post-production is complete, your assets are uploaded to our collaborative review platform (Frame.io) where you can leave timestamped feedback directly on each video.

  2. Revision rounds: Your plan includes a set number of revision rounds (ranging from 2 rounds on Starter to unlimited on Enterprise). Each round allows you to request changes to editing, pacing, graphics, music, colour grading, and text overlays.

  3. Turnaround: Revisions are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days per round, with priority scheduling available on Scale and Enterprise plans.

  4. Final approval: Once you approve the final versions, we deliver the complete asset package in all required formats and aspect ratios, ready for immediate deployment.

Your Lead Creative Director and Project Manager are available throughout the revision process to ensure feedback is interpreted accurately and implemented efficiently.
