Our rigorous processes enable us to provide specialised training for every role in our company. Our team training and assessment process

Our world-class training transforms our team members from generalist to specialist.

Psychometric testing and skills matching

For internal team roles, we use psychometric tests that identify their skills and interests without unconscious bias. Through team rotations and eNPS surveys, we match them with the roles that best align with their abilities.

Specialist online training (1-3 months)

We conduct online training sessions for team members through video tutorials, short assessments, and collaborative team catch-ups. This train is role-specific and helps progress them from generalists to specialists.

Mentorship (6 months)

Upon completing our online training, team members are paired with mentors to learn more advanced strategies and the latest trends. We provide competency matrices, development plans, and personalised 1:1 meetings to foster professional growth.

Online and practical assessment (2 weeks)

We conduct written assessments, technical interviews, and a two-week trial period to gauge every team member’s capabilities. We provide guidance, share feedback, and support them throughout the process as they progress to the next stages. Each team member is given up to three attempts to reach the pass mark.

Certification

Upon passing the assessment, team members are internally certified and promoted accordingly. For instance, those in general roles, like paid advertising analysts, can advance to become strategists as they specialise and move up in their roles. At this stage, they are also recognised as a GorillaGenius®.

Ongoing training, updates, and career development

As the industry rapidly changes, our training continues every week. Our senior team members work closely with our R&D team to provide weekly training sessions for each role and regular updates on the latest industry trends.
