Are there long-term contracts involved with your services?
No, our services do not come with long-term contracts. Instead, we provide flexible options with either a three-month, six-month, or twelve-month minimum commitment. Whichever duration you choose, after the initial commitment period, the contract automatically switches to a 30-day rolling commitment with a 14-day cancellation notice period required. All payments are taken in advance on a monthly basis throughout the commitment period.
To maximise your savings, we highly recommend opting for a longer commitment. The six-month option saves you up to 15%, whilst a 12-month commitment saves you up to 40%.
Please note that if you sign up for paid advertising, we will pause your subscription until the ads are live, so the second payment will only be taken after a full month of advertising.

Can I sign up for different services with different commitment periods?
Yes, you can sign up for different services with different minimum commitment periods, but you must submit separate proposal requests. Here’s how it works:
First Service:
Visit the Get a Proposal page.
Select your first service, any add-ons, and choose the commitment period.
Click the Get Started button and complete the form with your business information and additional details.
Submit the form to finalise your proposal request.
Additional Service/s:

How are management fees and ad spend billed?
All management fee payments are taken in advance and exclude VAT. Ad spend is billed automatically in thresholds, with payments made via credit card, debit card, or direct debit once the threshold is reached. You’ll receive an invoice by email immediately after each payment.

What happens to management fees during inactive periods?
To ensure fairness, we pause management fees if your advertising goes inactive. You’ll only be charged after a full month of active advertising, so you’re never paying for downtime.

Does your pricing include taxes?
Our pricing does not include taxes, such as VAT for UK businesses. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout and on your invoice to ensure full transparency.
