Supplementary success assessment

Our partnership technology automatically detects whether or not a goal has been completed based on real-time data. Depending on the outcome, one of the following predefined scenarios will automatically apply:

  • Supplementary success bonus: Upon goal completion, we apply a supplementary success fee, ranging from 15-25%, to your total quarterly management fee. Our fintech automatically distributes the proceeds to our team members, with the allocation determined by who added the most value, as measured by our client-success matrix and people-success matrix.

  • Supplementary success penalty: If we fail to reach your goals in time, a quarterly discount will be applied automatically. This amount is partially deducted from each team member's internal profit share to hold ourselves accountable.
